Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing 2seasons. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Brand Ownership
- 2seasons is owned and operated by PROOF EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING EMBROIDERED GARMENTS - L.L.C - S.P.C. All transactions with the brand are conducted under the supervision and management of this company.
2. No Refunds Policy
- No Refunds on Personalized Items: Please note before ordering that no refunds are issued on personalized or bespoke goods with initials/names on them, regardless of the reason. If your product is faulty, we will offer an exchange or replacement only. Worn products with faults will only be replaced, not refunded. This includes items in our clothing section.
- Order Cancellation: Once your order is placed for a personalized item, it cannot be canceled due to the personalized nature of the product.
3. Potential Color Variations
- Color Differences: When ordering sets of luggage and bags, please note that luggage is digitally printed, while bags are hand-painted. Therefore, the items may not always match exactly in color. Additionally, products personalized with embroidery or heat printing may vary slightly due to different techniques and materials used. These variations are a normal part of the production process.
4. Accuracy in Customization Orders
- Double-Check Your Details: Please be extra careful when selecting your personalization. Once the order is processed, any errors made by the buyer cannot be corrected by us due to the personalized nature of the products.
5. Ownership and Payment
- All goods remain the property of PROOF EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING EMBROIDERED GARMENTS - L.L.C - S.P.C until paid for in full.
6. Returns for Non-Personalized Items
- Eligibility: We accept returns on non-personalized items only. However, 2seasons does not cover the postage for the return, nor do we refund the original postage costs.
- Condition of Return: Every item purchased must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. No refund or replacement will be issued if the item is returned damaged, used, or dirty. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the item in a way that ensures it reaches us in its original condition.
7. Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Faulty Items: If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at 2seasons.ae@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue along with images. If appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Wrong Item: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us at 2seasons.ae@gmail.com. We will cover postage costs to correct the error and provide instructions for the return.
8. Refund Process (if applicable)
- Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as processing time can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at 2seasons.ae@gmail.com.
9. Non-Refundable Items
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
10. Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
11. Shipping Instructions for Returns
- To return your product, please mail it to our location in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Times & Insurance: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over AED 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
